The new Aqua range of marine PCs from Digital Yacht bring affordable low power computing to every boat. All models utilise the latest generation of Intel and AMD processors and a highly efficient DC power supply to offer exceptionally low power consumption (from just 15W) as well as fast computing capabilities. Whilst fully customisable, four basic models fit the majority of marine requirements.

Offering Netbook type performance, it is ideal for general purpose computing; Office applications, E-Mail, Web Browsing, watching DVDs, playing music, etc. and is powerful enough to run all of the popular Navigational Software packages.

For users wishing to run the latest and most sophisticated navigational software (3D charting, weather routing, bathy generation, etc) or who want instant redraw and panning, then the Aqua Pro PC whould be considered, but for the majority of users, the Aqua Standard PC offers the perfect compromise between current consumption and computing performance.

AQUAMEDIA 2 PC

The new Aqua range of marine PCs from Digital Yacht bring affordable low power computing to every boat. All models utilise the latest generation of Intel and AMD processors and a highly efficient DC power supply to offer exceptionally low power consumption (from just 15W) as well as fast computing capabilities. For users that want a PC more focused for onboard entertainment, than navigation, the AquaMedia is the solution. AquaMedia utilises the latest AMD Fusion technology with an Accelerated Processor Unit (APU), powerful dual core processor with integrated Radeon HD 6310 graphics and is fitted as standard with BlueRay DVD drive and inbuilt digital TV tuner. Simply hook up to an external TV antenna for onboard entertainment at its best and utilise the power and performance of Windows 7 to watch, pause and record TV programmes as required. AquaMedia is also fitted with a huge 350GB ruggedised hard drive for maximum media capabilities.

With HDMI output, perfect flicker free HD playback is possible at full 1920x1080 resolution. The latest BlueRay compatible PowerDVD software is included (worth £40), so BlueRay movies can be watched straight out the box with no extra software installation required.

Utilising an AMD E-350 processor and featuring 4GB or RAM, 6 USB ports, Dolby surround sound, eSATA port and a host of other benefits, the AquaMedia PC is the ideal solution for users that want a PC that can be used for navigation during the day and entertainment at night.

AQUA NAV PC

The AquaNav PC is designed as a powerful marine navigation PC, with two NMEA ports, a super fast 64GB solid state hard drive, 2 GB of RAM, built-in dual channel AIS receiver, dedicated GPS Antenna and a CD/DVD RW drive. Standard connections include three USB ports, a VGA and DVI port allowing the system to drive up to two compatible LCD monitors and all the standard system connectors for keyboard, audio and network.

All Aqua PCs are supplied with Windows 7 and feature high efficiency DC-DC converters that allow them to be connected directly to the boat’s 12v or 24v DC supply with no inverter and all models can be switched on/off either from the front panel switch or from a remote push button switch (not supplied).

The AquaNav PC can be supplied with an optional built-in Hi-Power Wi-Fi Adaptor or built-in NMEA 2000 gateway.*

* Due to space limitations on the rear connector panel, it is not possible to have both of these options fitted. If NMEA 2000 and Hi-Power Wi-Fi are required, we suggest that you fit the built-in NMEA2000 gateway option and connect a WL400 Wi-Fi adaptor via USB.
